01The service
Higgsify AI is a web studio that lets you generate, edit, upscale and animate images and videos with third-party AI models. Models, features and prices can change as providers update their offerings, and we may add, change or retire tools at any time.
02Your account
You need an account to generate. Sign up with email or Google, keep your login details private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on it.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live.
- One person per account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.
03Credits and paid plans
Each generation uses credits. The cost depends on the model and settings and is shown before you generate. New accounts receive a small number of free credits.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit packs bought on top of a plan are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance.
04What you may not create
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads and results. Do not use Higgsify AI to create or share:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent.
- Deceptive deepfakes of real people, or content meant to impersonate, defraud or harass.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm, or that targets people for who they are.
- Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Anything that is illegal where you live or where it will be published.
05Ownership of your creations
You keep the rights you hold in what you upload. As between you and us, you own the images and videos you generate, to the extent the law allows. Paid plans include commercial use; free plan downloads carry a watermark and are for personal use.
You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your uploads and results so we can run the service, for example to show them in My Creations or to deliver a share link you create.
AI output may be similar to output made for other users, and some countries do not grant copyright to purely AI-generated work.
06Our content
The Higgsify AI name, logo, site design and software belong to us. Do not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service, or access it with bots outside the features we provide.
07Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses free credits, or puts other users or the service at risk. You may stop using Higgsify AI and delete your account at any time.
08Disclaimers and liability
Higgsify AI is provided as is. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, so check results before you rely on or publish them. We do not promise the service will always be available or error free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change is significant we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Higgsify AI after that means you accept the new terms.
