01What we collect
We only collect what we need to run your account and the studio:
- Account details: name, email address and profile photo from email sign-up or Google sign-in.
- Creations: your prompts, settings, uploaded images or videos and the results you generate.
- Billing: plan, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form or the feedback button.
- Usage: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
02How we use it
We use this information to:
- Create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- Run generations and save them to My Creations.
- Charge for plans and credit packs and keep your balance up to date.
- Answer support requests and act on feedback.
- Understand which features are used so we can improve them, and prevent abuse and fraud.
04How long we keep it
We keep your account data and creations for as long as your account is open. When you delete a creation or your account, we remove it from our active systems, though copies can remain in backups for a short time. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
05Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@higgsify.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.
07Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted to the people and systems that need it. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
08Children
Higgsify AI is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
09International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards to protect it.
10Changes to this policy
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. For significant changes we will also let you know by email. Questions? Email support@higgsify.com.
